Privacy Policy

SuperSaver (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the SuperSaver Cash & Carry storefront and related online ordering experience for customers in Pakistan. Our primary retail operations are based in Rawalpindi.

This policy applies to:

• Browsing and purchasing on the SuperSaver website
• Creating an account, wishlist, saved addresses, and payment preferences
• Delivery and store pickup orders
• Order tracking, support chats (including WhatsApp), and feedback

It does not cover third-party websites or payment providers you may be redirected to. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Account & profile: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely / hashed when the live backend is connected), and notification preferences.

Orders & fulfilment: cart contents, delivery or pickup choice, address details, branch selection, order history, invoices, and tracking identifiers.

Payments: we do not store full card numbers or CVV on SuperSaver servers. Card and wallet payments are processed through payment partners; we may keep tokenized references, last four digits, brand, and expiry for saved methods, plus cash-on-delivery / pay-at-store preferences.

Location: city, area, and optional device location you choose to share so we can confirm delivery serviceability and suggest pickup branches.

Technical data: device/browser type, approximate IP, pages viewed, and cookies or local storage needed for cart, session, and preferences.

• Process, fulfil, and track orders (delivery or pickup)
• Create and manage your customer account
• Prevent fraud, enforce stock and pricing rules, and secure the service
• Send order updates, receipts, and service messages you opt into
• Improve catalog, delivery coverage, and customer support
• Comply with applicable Pakistani law and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information. Marketing messages are sent only where allowed and can be turned off in account notification settings when available.

We may share limited data with:

• Delivery partners and branch staff needed to fulfil your order
• Payment service providers and banks for authorized transactions
• IT / hosting providers that process data on our instructions
• Authorities when required by law

Our store operations may also use SuperSaver’s internal ERP / POS systems so that website customers and in-store records stay consistent.

We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, cart, wishlist, and location preferences. Analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced later, will be disclosed and controllable where required.

You can clear site data in your browser; doing so may empty your guest cart or require you to sign in again.

We keep account and order records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting/tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Guest order records may be retained under the email you provided at checkout.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please use a strong unique password for your SuperSaver account.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access or correct profile and address information
• Delete your account (order history may be retained where legally required)
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications
• Ask questions about how we process your data

SuperSaver online ordering is intended for adults (18+) or for use by a parent / guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for online accounts.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy, where permitted by law.
