By accessing supersaver.pk (or our storefront URL), creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the online store. In-store Cash & Carry purchases may also be subject to store policies posted at the branch.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian place the order) to use online checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Guest checkout is available. Providing an accurate email and phone number is required so we can confirm and fulfil your order.

Product descriptions, images, units (piece, sack, case), and prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bulk / wholesale items may require a minimum order quantity (MOQ). We may refuse or adjust orders that do not meet MOQ or stock rules.

Prices and promotions can change. The amount confirmed at checkout (and on your invoice) is the amount charged, subject to stock verification. We may cancel or partially fulfil lines that become unavailable and refund the affected amount for prepaid methods.

Strike-through “retail” prices are for comparison only and do not guarantee a specific savings history.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order (confirmation page / email / SMS) or begin packing. We may decline orders for suspected fraud, serviceability limits, pricing errors, or stock issues.

You receive an order ID, invoice number, and tracking code for supported channels. Keep these for support and returns questions.

Delivery is available only in serviceable cities and areas shown in the location picker. Estimated arrival times are targets, not guarantees—traffic, weather, and stock can affect timing.

Pickup is from SuperSaver branches you select (currently Rawalpindi Saddar and Westridge unless we expand coverage). Bring your order ID / invoice and a valid contact number when collecting.

Delivery fees (or free-delivery thresholds) are calculated at checkout. Pickup orders do not incur a delivery fee.

We may offer:

• Cash on delivery (delivery orders)
• Pay at store (pickup orders)
• Debit / credit card via our payment partner
• Additional wallets when enabled in checkout

Failed or declined payments will not complete the order. For COD / pay-at-store, please have the exact amount ready when possible. Title to goods passes on full payment and delivery or successful pickup, as applicable.

Coupons are subject to stated eligibility (for example first order, fresh items, or bulk items), expiry, and one-per-order limits unless we say otherwise. Misuse, stacking beyond rules, or automated abuse may void the discount and the order.

Perishable groceries are sensitive to time and temperature. Please inspect delivery or pickup at receipt. Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items promptly (ideally within 24 hours) with your order ID and photos where helpful.

We may offer replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion according to product type and fault. Opened or partially consumed items may not be returnable except where required by law or clear quality failure on our side.

Cancellation before packing may be possible via support; once an order is out for delivery or ready for pickup, cancellation may not be available.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
• Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• Interfere with other customers’ accounts or orders
• Misrepresent identity, delivery address, or payment authority

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The website and catalog are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for accurate stock and descriptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, SuperSaver’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith with our customer service; unresolved disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Rawalpindi / Islamabad, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website.
